Department Supply Chain & Commercials Position Scheduler – Transport Location Karachi Qualification Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field. Experience 3–5 years in transport operations or fleet supervision. Requirements Knowledge of national transport regulations, heavy vehicle compliance, and load securing standards. Strong attention to detail and safety compliance. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Problem-solving and quick decision-making under pressure. Proficiency in GPS tracking and transport management systems. Ability to enforce standards and manage transporter relationships. Ability to work in remote field environments with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Develop a 2-week dispatch schedule from the 30-day transport plan with daily shift allocations. Assign trucks, drivers, and convoy IDs based on transporter availability and coordinator inputs. Prepare and distribute dispatch sheets, driver manifests, and compliance checklists. Monitor schedule adherence and update plans based on operational changes or delays. Validate route readiness and emergency response measures for scheduled convoys. Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and site logistics for smooth operations. Track schedule compliance and report deviations to Lead – Transport Management.
