Description Fueling Success in this Role: VP Racing is seeking an on-site Scheduler to join our high-performance Billing & Shipping team at our Elmendorf, TX location. In this fast-paced and detail-driven role, you’ll serve as the central hub of coordination - scheduling inventory transfers, customer shipments, and incoming deliveries that keep VP’s operations running at full throttle. If you thrive on organization, precision, and collaboration across multiple departments, this is your opportunity to make a direct impact on VP’s production flow, logistics performance, and customer satisfaction. Essential Functions Schedule all inventory transfer orders from regional facilities and maintain an accurate master calendar. Coordinate with multiple trucking companies for timely pickup and delivery of shipments. Ensure all orders are scheduled at least 72 hours in advance to meet operational timelines. Release scheduled orders to the appropriate departments for fulfillment. Work closely with regional warehouses to manage order adjustments and updates as needed. Schedule all bulk orders for both customers and regional operations. Release bulk orders to the Pump Slab for processing and shipment. Arrange customer pickups and coordinate with VPTC and external bulk carriers. Manage daily scheduling of LTL pickups with multiple freight carriers. Schedule incoming purchase orders from multiple vendors, including LTL and TL shipments. Perform additional duties as requested to support the success of the Billing & Shipping team. Minimum Qualifications: The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise.
