We’re on the lookout for a Works Coordinator (also known as a Labour Controller) to join our Maintenance team in Middleton. This role is all about keeping things moving – planning engineer schedules, handling customer calls, solving problems on the fly, and making sure everything runs like clockwork. If you're someone who loves a fast pace, is happy juggling a few plates, and isn't shy of picking up the phone – you’ll fit right in. What you’ll be doing: Keeping the schedule ticking – planning works for a team of Engineers week by week Liaising with clients and engineers to ensure jobs are booked, briefed and completed on time Supporting engineers out in the field with paperwork, kit and info Building solid relationships with customers, especially key accounts Taking a hands-on approach to problem-solving when plans need to shift Helping make sure we meet our commercial goals and stay on track What we’re looking for: You don’t need industry experience – but you do need solid transferable skills. If you’ve worked in a busy admin, logistics, or coordination role, you’ll likely hit the ground running.
