JOB SUMMARY :

The scheduling administrator would be required to analyze and implement the academic scheduling function (e.g. course fit patterns, block scheduling, course changes, new courses, schedule production, and academic calendar). Provides subject matter expertise to all schedule entry system department users and interfaces with most college departments at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities reflective but not all inclusive

  • Schedule courses and programs across college campuses.
  • Create schedules for local as well as international students using customized software for data management(SAM)
  • Create instructor schedules to ensure availability of instructor and smooth functioning of classes
  • Manage student schedules to ensure successful completion of program enrolled for within program duration
  • Maintain the schedules in SAM and ensure synchronization with website, campus, programs and courses.
  • Ensure classroom availability and schedules are also in sync.
  • Determine and update schedules for next two years at all given times, based on requirements of the business.
  • Create schedules and entry points reports for admissions team to deliver targeted admissions
  • Input data into computerized databases, spreadsheets, or other templates
  • Compile data into reports/statistics to support Campuses/Admissions
  • Any additional task assigned by Manager and/or Supervisor
