If so, we would love to hear from you! Main duties: Scheduling repair and planned maintenance visits for the engineers, booking appointments and managing their diaries. Liaising with engineers, customers, and managers. Sending out parts to customers and engineers. Daily communications with customers internal and external Dealing with incoming customer enquiries both by telephone and email Ensure priority customer calls are raised correctly. Liaise with customers to advise them of site attendance. General Data Entry Actively seek to achieve all service levels. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to work as part of a team to achieve shared objectives and goals as well as have a personable and friendly nature, confident and forward thinking. You will be very customer service orientated, and have high attention to detail, capable of balancing various tasks throughout the day and prioritising your workload.
