Responsibilities
  • Manage the scheduling and rostering of our allied health practitioners to ensure efficient, timely service delivery.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and update appointments using client management systems.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries from clients, health professionals, and service providers, delegating or escalating as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Assist with monthly reporting, including collating practitioner travel, hours, and client engagement.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to enable the smooth and efficient operation of our services.
