Clauser Tree Care is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Scheduling Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Chalfont, PA. In this key administrative role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients-answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and helping coordinate the daily activities of our certified arborists. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or scheduling preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail required
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Maps is a plus
  • Friendly, professional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office setting
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High school diploma required; additional admin or office training a bonus
  • Knowledge of Bucks and Montgomery Counties preferred

Responsibilities
  • Answer and route 30-40 inbound calls daily in a professional, courteous manner
  • Schedule and coordinate estimates and service appointments for certified arborists
  • Check and respond to daily voicemail and email messages
  • Draft and send service proposals, memos, and client communications via email
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital and paper filing systems
  • Order and track inventory of office supplies
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
