We are seeking a Scheduling Assistant to join our Operations Team. This is a fast-paced role, where you will be required to think on your feet. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong administrative background.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and adjust staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for all client care needs
  • Coordinate schedules with sensitivity to client complexity, staff availability, and regional logistics
  • Ensure staff assignments align with their training, experience, and competency for complex care clients (e.g., autism, dual diagnoses, trauma-informed support)
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements; flag and address expired or incomplete training
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations Team including day-to-day changes (sickness, cover etc.)
  • Inputting information onto scheduling and care softwares
  • Managing Operations email account and triage
  • Inducting and training new staff on software and operational procedures
  • General correspondence with staff, clients and associates
  • Liaising with other departments and maintaining positive relationships with all staff members
