THE ROLE:

As a Scheduling Attendant, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring incoming commodities are ordered, received, and meet Reid’s high-quality standards. You’ll be responsible for handling the logistics of incoming raw materials, working closely with our Commodities Manager, Production, and Admin teams, and making sure our mill operations run smoothly.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Logistics & Coordination: Order and schedule raw materials, ensuring timely delivery and zero shortages.!
  • Scheduling delivery drivers within fatigue and mass limits
  • Daily forwarding and accurate recording of paperwork to the administration team
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety procedures are followed, report hazards, and maintain a safe working environment.
