Description Responsibilities Ensure all Special orders have an MP, labels and are schedule to run on time. Review the stock finished goods levels and slit coils levels to ensure material to satisfy stock and special orders. (FG and Silt coil Min/Max) Work with Production and Shipping to avoid any potential back order and improve our quality of service. Ensure all lines have MPs, labels (material and skid) and AMS schedule on time to run during the shifts. Ensure production schedule is sent before the start of each shift, and support production to have all machine ready to start at the beginning of each shift. Ensure that all MPs are scanned to the lines and keep the 2 hours report updated. Requirements Job Functions Work with Scheduling Analyst to ensure all machines have labels and MPs before the start of each shift. Use scanning system to properly track the location of the MPs created and keep the 2-hour report updated. Able to become the subject matter expert of internal tracking system (AMS). Maintain the work area to be clean, safe, and organized. Coordinate that all skid and material labels are printed for the production floor when is needed Execute daily work instructions received from Manager in a timely manner. Be able to go outside and verify production or available stock. Maintain effective communication with customers service, IT and inventory departments. Work Schedule - 10:00am - 6:30pm
Responsibilities
The clerk is responsible for ensuring all special orders are scheduled correctly with necessary materials and labels, and for reviewing finished goods and slit coil levels to maintain adequate stock. They must also coordinate with Production and Shipping to prevent back orders and improve service quality.
