• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines. • Use project management software to create and update schedules. • Coordinate with project managers and teams to ensure accurate scheduling of project activities. • Monitor project progress against the schedule, identify potential delays and deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. • Prepare and present regular progress reports, maintain accurate records of project schedules and changes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Coordinate the allocation to support project schedules, monitor resource utilization for optimal use, and adjust allocations as needed to meet project demands. • Identify scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitor and report risk status, and implement risk management practices to minimize scheduling issues' impact. • Work closely with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project schedules and progress, facilitate coordination between departments to align activities, and support other project management activities as needed. • Identify opportunities for process improvements in scheduling and project control, implement best practices and innovative solutions for efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management office. • Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job.
