JOB SUMMARY

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and maintaining caregiver schedules to ensure consistent, quality service delivery to clients. This role involves close collaboration with administrative and care management teams to match client care needs with appropriate caregivers. The Scheduling Coordinator must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, handle last-minute changes, and maintain accurate records using internal systems and software.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 1 year of scheduling experience; home care or healthcare scheduling is a strong asset.
  • Experience using Connecteam or similar scheduling software is required.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills; able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and general computer applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A friendly, team-focused attitude with a strong commitment to client care.

  • Create and maintain efficient schedules that match client needs with caregiver availability and skills.
  • Communicate schedule updates to caregivers and clients in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Connecteam application for scheduling, team communication, and task management.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry, documentation, and schedule records.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, compliments, and concerns.
  • Support emergency and after-hours scheduling needs on a rotating basis.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required.
