Position Overview The Scheduler plays a vital role in maintaining seamless coordination between caregivers, clients, and the clinical team. This position ensures that all home care visits are properly scheduled in compliance with New York State Department of Health (DOH) and Medicaid requirements, and that Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) standards are met within HHAeXchange. Key Responsibilities Create, maintain, and update caregiver and client schedules in HHAeXchange. Coordinate coverage for open shifts, call-outs, vacations, and new client cases. Communicate promptly and professionally with caregivers, clients, and nurses to ensure continuity of care. Verify EVV compliance and follow up on missed or incomplete clock-ins/clock-outs. Work closely with the intake and Recruiting teams to ensure newly hired caregivers are placed appropriately. Maintain accurate documentation of all schedule changes and communications. Proficiency in HHAeXchange or similar scheduling/EVV platforms required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
