You’ll be the bridge between our clients, Care Professionals, and internal teams—making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do Create and manage schedules that meet both client needs and staff availability Consider travel time, holidays, training, and last-minute changes Match Care Professionals to new clients and arrange introductions Maintain continuity of care with consistent staff and timings Communicate schedule updates across teams quickly and clearly Build strong relationships with clients and Care Professionals Work closely with recruitment and care teams to ensure staffing levels Keep accurate records using our scheduling system (e.g. People Planner) Support the on-call rota (1 in 6 evenings/weekends) and visit clients if needed Ensure compliance with equality, diversity, and inclusion policies What We’re Looking For Experience in scheduling (home care, healthcare, logistics, or similar) Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, People Planner) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Calm, organised, and detail-focused under pressure Able to multitask and work independently Positive, resilient, and quick to build rapport Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Right to work in the UK (no sponsorships available) Additional Information Are you a detail-driven, resilient, and people-oriented professional eager to make a real difference in the care sector?
