We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic Scheduling Coordinator with additional warehouse responsibilities to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll primarily focus on coordinating the scheduling of flooring installation services for 5-10 installers across various areas. You will directly engage with customers to schedule their services and ensure that installer schedules are efficiently managed using our intuitive software.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically schedule customer installations, considering geographic location and installer availability.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
Skillfully de-escalate customer issues and manage challenges.
Coordinate with the District Service Manager (DSM) to resolve installer-related issues.
