WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE A HOME CARE SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Scheduling coordinator is a full-time key member of our office.
MUST include resume and salary requirements in response to be considered for the position.
RESPONSIBILITIES : include but not limited to the following:
* Serve as an office liaison and communicator.
* Answer phone calls professionally and return calls in a timely fashion.
* Timely cover cases relevant to patients needs.
* Assist coordination team to ensure daily coverage of all cases.
*Work closely with HR and Payroll Coordinators
* Communicate with Aides daily to encourage compliance
*MUST work as a team player with all staff members.
*Adhere to and role model the behavior for all staff which reflects respect for all of Any-Time Home Care, Inc policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimal 2 years of home care experience required for this position preferred
Bilingual a plus
Excellent and professional phone manners
Candidate must be Reliable, respectful and conscientious
Good organizational skills, Problem Solver & strong attention to details
Proven ability to work independently and make decisions as well as within a team environment
Ability to empathize and balance objectivity with Aides
