Description
In the role of Scheduling Coordinator, we are looking for someone who thrives in an administrative position, where you can make use of your ability to create structure and order. In this role, you will be part of a tightly collaborating team and be responsible for planning and coordinating some of the services that Intertek Certification offers. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will have several points of contact and be responsible for planning internal resources as well as subcontractors. You will also serve as the link between auditors, customers, and other internal functions, such as finance and sales. At Certification, we work with our clients’ processes by performing audits, training, certification, and verification — something we refer to as ATIC. Our goal is, for example, to help our clients achieve their environmental goals or implement new processes that make their operations more sustainable for a better future. We are looking for someone who: Enjoys working in a dynamic environment where the unexpected happens more often than not. Speaks Swedish and English fluently — it’s a big plus if you also speak Finnish. Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, and has a good analytical mind. Enjoys being in an administrative role and enjoys creating order around you. Might have previous experience from other auditing or certification companies — though this is not a requirement. Is happy providing service, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, and enjoys being the hub of communication. This is a permanent position, starting with a 6-month probation period. Our office is located in Kista, and there is some flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week.
