Together, we’re lighting the way to a brighter tomorrow. Lumina is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Inside Sales team. This role is crucial to our customer engagement efforts, as you’ll be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound leads. You will educate potential customers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our outside sales team. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. In this role, you'll get to: * Respond to inbound and outbound leads in a timely manner and manage an individual lead portfolio * Answer customer questions and educate them on the benefits of solar energy * Qualify leads based on location and site suitability using Google Maps and other tools * Schedule appointments, manage reschedules, and update statuses in the system * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM platform * Collaborate with the sales manager to improve conversion rates and scheduling efficiency. * Consistently work toward achieving individual and team targets by maintaining a high level of productivity, organization, and customer engagement * Track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to improve outcomes * Maintain high-quality customer interactions to ensure a positive experience that increases engagement and retention * Work collaboratively with the team to share best practices and refine outreach strategies. * Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, company updates, and best practices * Continuously expand solar industry knowledge to provide valuable insights to homeowners * Participate in outside events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to engage potential customers and generate leads * Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall project and team success On your first day, we'll expect you to have:  * Prior sales experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment * Proven ability to manage frequent inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently and professionally * Strong sales skills with the ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and effectively communicate solutions * Strong technical proficiency with computer systems, including CRM and scheduling platforms * Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software systems * Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously * Self-motivation with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and goals * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for managing project workflows and customer needs * Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring smooth execution from sale to installation * Customer-centric approach with the ability to set realistic expectations and deliver exceptional customer experience * Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Additional Position Details: In-office: Tuesday & Thursday Remote: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Training: First two weeks on-site full-time Salary: $45,000 base + Commission  Our perks & benefits: * Paid Time Off (Paid Holidays, Maternal, and Paternal Leave) * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * 401k with match and Bonus Pay opportunities * Sales Training and Company Sponsored Training Courses  Why Lumina?
