Description Scheduling Coordinator People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join the team at our IRTS (Intensive Residential Treatment Services) program, Nancy Page Crisis Residence. Nancy Page Residence is housed in a beautifully converted Victorian mansion, nestled in the quiet, historic Loring Park neighborhood of South Minneapolis. This community-based residential treatment program integrates mental health, medical, and substance use care in an inpatient, 24-hour, voluntary, supervised setting for up to 90 days. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for executing advanced level administrative duties and coordinating schedules and monitoring staffing across all IRTS and Crisis locations. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Location: Nancy Page Crisis Residence 245 Clifton Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55403 Hiring Range: $23.75 - $25.80/ Hourly based on qualifications Hiring Bonus: $1,000 to external candidates People Incorporated Mental Health Services is the largest nonprofit mental health provider in Minnesota. Main Job Duties: Develop and maintain accurate staffing schedules across multiple locations, ensuring coverage aligns with program needs and compliance requirements. Communicate scheduling changes clearly and professionally, including potentially difficult conversations about location transfers or shift adjustments. Address scheduling conflicts and staff concerns with discretion and diplomacy, ensuring resolutions align with policy and staffing priorities. Analyze scheduling and staffing patterns, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable recommendations to leadership for improving overall coverage and operational efficiency. Communicate regularly with supervisors and managers about staff availability for additional shifts, including considerations for overtime and performance concerns. Requirements Required Education and Experience: Associate degree or higher in Business or Health Services Administration, or completion of relevant coursework in these fields. Alternatively, a minimum of five years of directly related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
