We are on the lookout for a Scheduling Co-ordinator to join our growing team.
£27,000 per year
Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30 office based

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

NIC Services Group is looking for an Scheduling Co-ordinator to-

  • Support the Operations team in planning and scheduling
  • Be the point of contact for the customer to ensure they are fully aware of upcoming schedule
  • Ensuring all schedules are carried out and completing any reschulding where required
  • Escalate any issues in a timely fashion
  • Travel - planning and booking
  • Ordering of equipment
  • Telephones and email inboxes - monitoring
  • Facilities & supplier point of contact
  • Meeting scheduling

You will be a key point of contact for the field based team and, as you get to know the business and its ways of working, will help the Operations Support Manager to identify and implement process improvements to make working at NIC Services Group better for everyone. Your day/week will be split between planned and ad hoc tasks so a good grasp of priority management is essential.
