Carson Medical Group is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Obstetrics and Gynecology team. This individual is responsible for providing excellent customer service while scheduling patient appointments, coordinating physician schedules, and answering general questions and inquires on behalf of the Practice.

• Answering incoming phone calls in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Provides excellent customer service while scheduling patients according to department protocols.
• Effectively documenting message to relay to back-office staff and/or physicians.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

  Pay: From $16.25 per hour
