Description Summary: The Physician Scheduling Coordinator & Liaison position is primarily responsible for devising, implementing, analyzing, and managing a system for the scheduling of applicable appointments and procedures in a manner which most efficiently utilizes available human and material resources while accommodating the needs of the physicians. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Coordinate, integrate, and represent all facets of physician services. Primary point of contact for physicians Scheduling physicians for each facility using QGenda Uploading their credentials on Paylocity Physician onboarding experience Maintain facility flow with physician scheduling Ability to work on holidays and weekends if needed Manage and control the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to meet the facility production goals. Can properly address/escalate Physician relations issues and concerns Creating professional working relationships with physicians Creating monthly reports and data analytics on physician shifts, payments and scheduled hours Requirements Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience, Skills Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3-5 years of related experience, with verifiable record of successful territory or client relationship management. In addition, this position requires: Ability to influence and persuade team to achieve desired outcomes. Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to travel. Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Conflict resolution experience Ability to work under high pressure and rigid timelines if needed Experience with budgeting processes.
