Job Responsibilities The Scheduling Coordinator of Table Games is responsible for creating, maintaining, and modifying as needed, supervisor, dealer, and other employee schedules within the department on a daily, weekly, and bi-weekly basis. License Level: This is a gaming level position that requires a gaming license. This position has gaming related responsibilities in maintaining the scheduling of the Table Games Department. Nothing in this job description should be interpreted to allow this position does the ability to make discretionary decisions or long range policy determinations that impact gaming facility operations. Essential Duties / Core Competencies Create, maintain, and modify team member schedules or the Table Games Department Record time off requests for all employees of the department Advise department managers of scheduling issues Manages employee calendar, time off, and special requests. Oversees the adherence of policies and procedures. Demonstrates a working knowledge of our marketplace; actively and collaboratively assists in building the best practices necessary for the Company’s success Demonstrates an understanding of the impact actions and decisions have on the Company both financially and on guest relations Demonstrates the initiative to present new ideas and perspective to create positive results Exhibits respectful consideration of viewpoints, situations and others Puts the guest at the forefront of every decision Provide great customer service to all guests. Performs other tasks as assigned. Work/Educational Experience Must be 18 years or older and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent One (1) plus years’ experience in scheduling Word and excel knowledge preferred Essential Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other Team Members or guests. Fluency in English required. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal, and work with mathematical such as probability and inference. Ability to create, read and analyze spread sheets of statistical data. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request.
