POSITION DESCRIPTION

Reporting directly to the Senior Clinical Manager for Respiratory Therapy (RT), the Scheduling Coordinator will support daily clinical staff coverage for all sub-specialty areas. Will have the primary responsibility of the staff schedule and payroll, general administrative duties within the RT Department including the Technical Division. Works with RT Leadership to support the Respiratory Therapy team in providing best quality and family-centered care.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years administrative/coordination experience.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and reprioritize in an environment of frequent change.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and team-building skills.
  • Committed to customer service.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and effective time management skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
