Description Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator / Orthodontic Front Desk / Dental Receptionist Full-Time | $25-28/hr We are currently seeking an experienced Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator / Dental Front Desk professional who thrives in a fast-paced dental or orthodontic environment and understands how to deliver exceptional patient experiences. What You’ll Do Greet and check in orthodontic patients with a friendly, professional attitude Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and appointment questions Maintain an efficient provider schedule and help reduce gaps in the daily schedule Process patient payments and assist with insurance verification and benefits questions Coordinator communication between patients, doctor, and clinical team Benefits & Perks Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Company-paid STD/LTD 401(k) with up to 4% company match Requirements What We’re Looking For 2-5 years of experience in a dental or orthodontic front office experience (preferred) Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental Experience with insurance verification, patient scheduling, and dental office workflows Physical Requirements Sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day Manual dexterity for computer and administrative tasks Ability to lift up to 30 lbs pounds occasionally Bending and reaching when necessary Southern Orthodontic Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
