OVERVIEW

True Level Concrete, a recognized leader in the concrete and foundation repair industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in creating efficient systems, supporting sales team operations, and delivering exceptional service to customers. Your coordination skills will directly contribute to a smooth customer experience and the overall success of the company. WHAT YOU WOULD DO

• Set & reset sales appointments through inbound and outbound communication with customers.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency for the company and sales representatives.
• Answer all incoming calls
• Record and file appointment outcomes
• Responsible for follow up communications through pre-mailers and confirmation calls and emails.
• Ensure all documentation, data entry, and correspondence is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Google Drive folders are organized and kept up to date with all job information (proposals, contracts, etc.)
• Order office supplies
• Track and report weekly on KPI’s.

WHAT WE NEED FOR THIS ROLE:

• Enjoys working in a deadline driven environment
• Great team player
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoys interacting with potential customers on the phone
• Ability to perform accurate data entry
• Able to implement efficiencies wherever possible
• Proficiency in Google Workplace
  Experience in Slack, Social Media platforms and, Salesforce helpful but not necessary
