About the role We are growing and scaling! If you want to come along for the ride, we have a great opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator. This is a full-time role: working 40 to 50 hours a week Salary: CAD$1,500 to CAD$1,700 a month - Fully remote What you'll do Utilize driver data to understand driver behavior and areas for improvement in our driver communication and incentive programs that will provide better supply coverage through scheduling. Develop & Optimize all Processes as they relate to Scheduling. Manage driver relationships, identify & attack problem areas for drivers to encourage better driver retention and engagement. Manage the day-to-day issues of hundreds/thousands of drivers on our system. Take ownership of the schedule to help ensure Uride’s growth in our existing andexpansion markets. This means doing whatever it takes to get coverage where it needs to be. The Employer and employee will discuss and set KPI’s per market based on individual market needs. Qualifications Required experience and skills Planning and monitoring Highly adaptable, analytical, and clear-thinking problem solver. Event planning or related Negotiation skills. Customer service experience. Assertive communication and no sugar coating Empathy Conflict resolution Good interpersonal relationships Other duties as assigned Preferred Studies or background Psychology, Marketing or Business Administration
Responsibilities
The Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator will manage driver relationships and day-to-day issues to ensure effective scheduling and coverage. They will also develop and optimize processes related to scheduling to support company growth.
