POSITION SUMMARY

The Scheduling & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing delivery schedules for customer furniture orders while also supporting the Marketing Director with day-to-day tasks. This dual-role position ensures customer orders are delivered on time while contributing to marketing initiatives that promote the company’s products. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing scheduling responsibilities with creative and administrative marketing support.
This is a split role position (75% scheduling; 25% marketing).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in scheduling, production coordination, or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting marketing or administrative functions a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with marketing tools (social media platforms, email marketing, CMS) preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
