• Provide and follow up on quotes for repairs (training provided).
• Convert enquiries into booked jobs through great communication and service.
• Schedule technicians efficiently, ensuring jobs are allocated correctly.
• Liaise with the field team to keep workflows running smoothly.
• Problem-solve and create solutions when challenges arise, ensuring customers and technicians are supported.
