Our Mission “In everything we do we believe in breaking down barriers and getting help to the community now” Essential Job Duties Ensure accuracy by collecting and validating patient information to support compliant claims and timely payments. Coordinate care by processing referrals, gathering intake documents, and scheduling appointments for our providers. Verify insurance to confirm active coverage and avoid service disruptions. Support clients and clinicians by resolving scheduling issues and acting as a key liaison. Problem-solve and escalate unique challenges, serving as a trusted resource for your team. Minimum Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Three (3) years’ experience in scheduling, preferably in a multi-provider practice/hospital/mental health office. Location: 100% Remote. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving. Proficiency with office equipment and software tools. Effective time management and multitasking. Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. Calm, courteous demeanor under pressure. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (5% pay incentive). Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer used. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. Background Check Requirement All offers are contingent upon passing a post-offer background check. What We Offer Starting pay: $22.00/hour + 5% bilingual Spanish incentive. Paid Time Off: 4 weeks annually (pro-rated based on start date).
