About the Role (your why) This is an exciting opportunity to join Datacom’s administration team to deliver high-quality services for one of our valued customers. As a Scheme Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the accurate and compliant management of customer member accounts, processing entitlements, and providing responsive support to member inquiries. You will be part of a professional, service-focused team, working closely with the customer to ensure their processes run smoothly while meeting all legislative and compliance requirements. Our offices are based in Wellington. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. What you’ll do At the moment, as Scheme Administrator you will be focused on: Administering and reconciling member accounts for our customer Processing customer member entitlements Responding to member inquiries (via phone and written communication) Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and trust deeds Maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements, and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.
