Provides strategic leadership of quality assurance, implementing effective systems that meet business and statutory requirements. Champions compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Drives innovation, continuous improvement, and transformation across programmes. Builds resilient teams, enabling change and delivering excellence while ensuring safety, sustainability, and long-term business improvement. You’ll be responsible for: Managing senior teams, driving excellence. Defining and executing quality assurance strategy. Overseeing audits, risk management, and accreditation. Providing counsel to leadership on QA matters. Chairing senior QA meetings and governance forums. Mentoring, coach, and develop talent. Ensuring effective use of QMS systems. Championing sustainability and continuous improvement outcomes. You’ll need to have: Expert knowledge and application of quality assurance management systems. Comprehensive knowledge of audit, risk management and mitigation in an operational environment. Expert business planning and budgetary control skills. Significant people leadership and stakeholder management experience for an organisation of similar scale and complexity to Mace.
