SCHEME HUB COORDINATOR

LOCATION: Exminster / Starcross
DURATION: 2 months+
Salary: £16.58 INC OR £18.12 Umbrella
HOURS: 37.5 – Mon – Fri – some hybrid / flexible working

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role sits within a leading Housing Association’s Retirement Living services and is responsible for delivering services across South Devon.

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

1. Complete monthly estate walk abouts
2. Carry out assessments for lets
3. Check and test pull chords in communal areas
4. Weekly fire alarm testing
5. Raise repairs deal with low level neighbourhood disputes
6. Signpost and refer clients on to further support services
   The ideal candidate will already hold an in date DBS check within the last 12 months or would be happy to get BRC to process a new one on your behalf ASAP!
