On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Scheme Project Manager - Learning & Development (Inside IR35) for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid working role (three days per week office based - Milton Keynes).

Responsibilities

Accountable for managing the safe and effective delivery of low complexity projects (LoC 3 and 4) OR working as part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting the project or programme manager deliver key outputs of complex projects and programmes (LoC 1 and 2) in order to meet client requirements to time, cost, quality, and performance.

As a Scheme Project Manager - Learning & Development, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the development and delivery of bespoke leadership development projects in compliance with company processes and procedures.
  • Assisting in the creation of bespoke customer specific leadership development solutions
  • Manage tactical change and risks within the project lifecycle for allocated projects.
  • Assist or lead in the provision of a safe working environment in the execution of managed work.
  • Manage the production of project management plans.
  • Manage project budgets within agreed targets.
  • Deliver regular progress reports on your allocated projects, including relevant risks and issues, to the Programme Manager (Change).
  • Promote and monitor the use of efficiency improvement methods.
  • Disseminate lessons learnt.
