Job Description:
We’re recruiting for a Schemes and Delegated Authority Controls Lead in our Schemes and Delegated Authorities team. Working directly with the SDA (Schemes and Delegated Authority) leadership team, you’ll be delivering the oversight of the controls environment across underwriting, operations, conduct and distribution. You’ll work closely with the teams across SDA as well as the Commercial First Line Risk team and take accountability for the grip and control. In this role you’ll support with the ongoing compliance and delivery of the AXA UK Risk Framework and associated policies applicable to SDA whilst driving the best AXA behaviours and SDA culture.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance in our Leeds, Ipswich, Gloucester or Bolton office, visiting other AXA sites (with SDA presence) or external Delegated Authority (DA) visits or attending industry events.
