Description

What You Can Expect: Du bist verantwortlich für die operative Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts, einschließlich der Abfertigung von Schiffs- und Helikoptereinsätzen, Organisation von Landtransporten, Mietcontainern und Aktivitäten an den Lagerstandorten sowie Beschaffungen im Auftrag des Kunden. Die Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentation, wie Zollunterlagen, Gefahrgutpapiere, Manifeste und Paxlisten, gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben. Als kompetente/r Ansprechpartner/in stehst Du im direkten Kontakt mit Kunden und Lieferanten und sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation. Du planst und koordinierst die logistischen Abläufe und unterstützt die Umsetzung von Projekten, auch im internationalen Kontext. Du arbeitest in einer flexiblen Kombination aus Büropräsenz und Homeoffice, unterstützt das operative Team in Bremen tatkräftig und übernimmst zusätzlich die Verantwortung für LZB- und AEO-Themen. What You Bring: Du bist fachlich versiert in Zollthemen, bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Gefahrgut mit oder die Bereitschaft, Dich in diese Themen einzuarbeiten. Erste Erfahrungen im Offshore-Wind-Bereich sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung. Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift und gehst sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Tools um. Als Teamplayer überzeugst Du mit Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und einer lösungsorientierten Denkweise. Eine hohe Eigenmotivation, die Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten und die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen, z. B. nach Emden, Cuxhaven oder Rotterdam, runden Dein Profil ab.
