a. Under the direction of the Vice Principal, develops, implements and refines high-quality academic programs for all grade levels.
b. Work with school management to provide vision, purpose and leadership of the school, and secure effective teaching and successful learning and achievements by students
c. Plans and develop curricular structure and coordinates the design, development, and publication of all educational support materials.
d. Oversees the scheduling of classes and classrooms.
e. Develops, coordinates, and participates in training and development programs.
f. Conducts needs analyses, developing and writing training proposals including behavioral objectives, participating in the instruction of programs, and monitoring and evaluating training programs.
