You will support schools in implementing Let Grow programs, providing onboarding, resources, and ongoing guidance. As the first Canadian team member, you will play a key role in shaping our presence in Canada. This is a remote, flexible role, reporting to the U.S.-based leadership team, with occasional travel to staff retreats and conferences in North America.
Please note, this is not a traditional sales position and there are no commissions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years teaching or school administrator experience is required, preferably in a private or alternative school.
  • Additional education leadership, onboarding, or professional development involvement is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent listening, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Tech-savvy, with competence in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Passion for Let Grow’s mission and a commitment to promoting childhood independence and resilience.
  • Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working directly with schools or educational institutions.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or account management tools is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
