POSITION SUMMARY

The School Administrative Coordinator will play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly at our new Community Campuses. Reporting directly to the CEO/Campus Director, this person will serve as a key administrative hub for the schools. From registering students to creating IDs, helping to plan events and ordering curriculum and materials and scheduling outings and meetings and filing expense reports, you’ll bring your organizational magic to a wide range of responsibilities that help the team focus on our mission for our small population of students. Responsibilities

LEADERSHIP SUPPORT & OTHER DUTIES

  • Relieve the CEO and Campus Director of select administrative and coordination duties that may arise from time to time supporting improved communication and workflows as needed.
  • Join the team in supporting outings and special events as well as supporting with daily meal prep (breakfast, lunch, snacks when out of building, etc.).
