Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in school administration or a similar role within an educational setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and best practices in school management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration and community engagement.
