sThe College of Medicine and Health are looking to appoint a fixed term, full-time School Administrator to cover a period of maternity leave. The post will be initially for nine months, but there may be an opportunity for a further extension.
The post holder will join the College Administrative Team, holding specific responsibility to the School of Psychology and Sport Science.
Duties will include providing efficient administrative support to the Head of School and Senior Executive Team with the organisation and day to day operation of administrative processes and procedures within the School.
Candidates should be educated to 2 AAS or 1 A Level or NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area or possess relevant administrative experience. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a busy office/administrative environment and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and ability to handle a varied and demanding workload.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.
