We’re looking for a proactive and organised School Administrator to join our friendly team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our woodland-based school, helping to ensure staff, learners, and families feel supported and connected.

Key Details

  • Salary: £23,904 per year
  • Term: Permanent, 52 weeks per year
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: The Outdoors School, Devon (with flexibility to work across sites and remotely when needed)

What You’ll Do

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain learner and staff records and general office organisation
  • Provide admin support for meetings, staff, and leadership
  • Help manage supplies, post, and daily logistics
  • Assist with general communications and process improvements
  • Support safeguarding, confidentiality, and smooth day-to-day operations
