This secondary school is seeking a School Administrator to support the smooth daily operations of our vibrant learning community. This role is vital in ensuring an efficient, welcoming environment for students, staff, and families.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role (school setting preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software; ideally SIMS or Arbor (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism
  • Relevant qualifications in administration or a related fiel
Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations, including communication with parents, staff, and visitors
  • Support scheduling, attendance, and record-keeping systems
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and procurement
  • Coordinate school events, meetings, and logistics
  • Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the principal and leadership team

The chosen candidate ideally will have experience of providing a professional front of house service and providing administration support to the school. The role is for 37 hours per week and the working pattern is 08:30 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday / 08:30 - 15:30 on Friday.

Pay: £110.00-£140.00 per day
