What Success Looks Like Program Quality: Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Programs’ model and families consistently choose to re-enroll Staffing: The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids Compliance: The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day Inventory: The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem Requirements QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or early childhood coursework preferred 1–3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting Some experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred Familiarity with before- and after-school program environments a plus Knowledge of state childcare licensing or school-age care regulations helpful but not required Calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment. Able to pass required background and fingerprint clearances.
