Compass Early Learning and Care – Northglen Orchards is a newly established program located in Bowmanville, Ontario, and is anticipated to open in January 2026. Located within the newly built KPR Northglen Orchards Public School in Bowmanville, this vibrant center will feature an infant room, A toddler room, two preschool rooms, two kindergarten rooms, and two school-age rooms

ABOUT THE ROLE:
At Compass ELC Northglen Orchards, we are looking for excited, passionate, and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators who will be a part of building the culture and environments within this new program. As an RECE, you will spend your time engaging, connecting, and learning alongside children, families, community partners, and co-workers. You will work alongside the kinder and school-age classrooms with children between the ages of 3 and 12. You are passionate about early learning and care, play-based learning, emergent curriculum, and lifelong learning. You are energetic, resourceful, and creative in your pursuits of creating learning opportunities, building connections, and engaging with children and families.
These roles will be based in the kinder and school-age rooms, working 30 hours per week in a split shift and full-day hours during non-instructional school days, including March Break, Winter Break, PA Days, and Summer Camp (July and August).
Hours will be based on program needs and funding. Split Shift hours will typically be between 6:30 am to 9:30 am and 2 pm to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
