JOB OVERVIEW

The School Education Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing educational programs and ensuring a supportive learning environment for students. This position involves managing curriculum development, staff training, and student engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education, experience working with children, and a passion for fostering academic and personal growth in students.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have at least 2 years experience working with school aged children
  • Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Clear all background checks required by OCFS and NYS
  • Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field OR NYS Children’s Program Administrator Credential
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and staff members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • A commitment to fostering an enriching educational experience for all students.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $17.75 - $18.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
