Guide and support amazing childcare staff Help manage day-to-day operations Keep records organized and up to date Build trust and strong communication with parents Ensure top-notch safety and health standards Inspire a warm, inclusive, and growth-centered environment What We’re Looking For: 18+ years old High School Diploma or GED (CDA or Degree in ECE = 💥 major plus!) 2–3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting CPR & First Aid certified Clean background check Valid TX driver’s license and safe driving record Available to work rotating shifts between 6:30am–6:00pm (Mon–Fri) Why Join Us?
