Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA in Spring Ford Area School District in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU). Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire. Summary: The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience after BCBA certification as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099) Opening: School based full time hours for BCBA through the 25-26 school year 3 Elementary schools (Brooke Elem, Evans Elem, Oaks Elem) Supporting both general education and self-contained classrooms elementary aged students Hours 8:30am-4pm Primary Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results. Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions. Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming. Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed. Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals. Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity. Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development. Extensive knowledge of data analysis. Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere. Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities. Qualifications: Master's Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program BCBA certification Working experience after BCBA certification Credentials: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts Professional Liability Insurance (Clearances current within 12 months) PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN TB screening - current within 3 months of potential hire date *Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided. *The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract (1099) position. No benefits are associated with this role.
