We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated school team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time opportunity to help students develop the skills they need to succeed—academically, socially, and emotionally. In this role, you’ll do more than just write behavior plans—you’ll be part of a team that believes in every child’s potential. You’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to build strategies that empower students to engage, learn, and grow. You’ll also help create school-wide systems that encourage positive behavior and foster inclusive learning environments. Key Duties: Use data and collaboration to guide decisions that make a real impact. Partner with IEP teams to ensure every student receives the support they deserve. Train and coach school teams to use proactive, strength-based behavior strategies. Be a resource and advocate for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that meet students where they are. Requirements A solid foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Active BCBA certification and a master’s degree in a related field. Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings (preferred).
