POSITION OVERVIEW • Unique school-based outpatient Family Medicine opportunity serving students, families, and the surrounding community • Practice medicine in a mission-driven setting focused on accessibility, prevention, and long-term patient relationships • Located directly on middle school grounds with strong community engagement and support • Join a collaborative outpatient care model designed to prioritize quality care and physician balance WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT • Earning potential exceeding $260,000 annually • Monday through Friday schedule with absolutely no nights or weekend call • School-based environment with meaningful daily community impact • NHSC-approved site with federal and state loan repayment eligibility • Comprehensive malpractice coverage including nose and tail protection • Strong organizational stability with advancement opportunities available • Practice in the heart of Greater Los Angeles while maintaining work-life balance SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Monday through Friday outpatient schedule • No nights • No weekends • No call responsibilities • Approximately 20–24 patients daily • Outpatient-only primary care setting CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care across the lifespan • Deliver preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute visits • Support a culturally diverse patient population within a community-centered model • Coordinate referrals, treatment plans, patient education, and follow-up care • Maintain high-quality documentation and continuity of care standards COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Hourly compensation: $120–$125/hour based on experience • Federal and state loan repayment eligibility • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • Malpractice coverage including nose and tail coverage • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time • CME paid time off and stipend • 403(b) retirement plan • Long-term growth and advancement opportunities Requirements • MD or DO REQUIRED • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED • Active California medical license REQUIRED • Active DEA registration REQUIRED • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to primary care REQUIRED • Interest in community and school-based medicine strongly preferred • New graduates and experienced physicians welcome Not ready to formally apply?
